Wanted -- landscape designer to help develop a game plan to rehab recently purchased property on Shelter Island.  The property is about ½ ache on a relatively flat lot.  We are looking to rent the property in the summer therefore we would like to increase its 'curb appeal' while keeping yard maintenance relatively low (no lovely formal garden designers please).

We need to come up with a plan for right now with an eye to adding an in-ground swimming pool next summer.
Our plan is we'd work with you to come up with a plan and then we'd implement it. Ideally we'd like someone that has done design work on the East end of LI.  If you're interested in the job, please send us a 'ball-park' quote and please provide sample pictures of previous work.
